Lymphoma Society is the world’s largest voluntary health
Our Mission
To cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease
and myeloma, and to improve Get Involved Each year The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society holds a number of events right in your own backyard. From awareness walks, to marathons, to sailboat races, we offer a variety of ways for individuals and corporations to make a difference in their community. Take a Step… Light The Night is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s annual evening walk to celebrate and commemorate lives touched by cancer. Every year, teams of friends, families and co-workers gather in cities and towns across America to walk 2.5 miles. They walk in twilight, holding illuminated balloons – white for survivors and red for supporters. More than a walk, the evening includes music, food and family activities.
